Graduate Recruitment Consultant - Education

Connex Education Leicester is growing, and we're looking for ambitious graduates to join our high-performing team as Recruitment Consultants. Recruitment is a people-focused sales role - you'll connect schools and candidates every day, driving relationships and results. No recruitment experience is needed, but if you've worked in sales, customer service, or business development, that's a great foundation.
What You'll Do (with full training):
Build and manage relationships with schools across Leicestershire
Grow your desk through sales calls, meetings, and networking
Match teachers and support staff to roles (daily, short and long-term)
Meet candidates and understand their skills and career goals
Run weekly payroll and keep everything on track
Take ownership of your desk and develop it like your own business

What We're Looking For:
A recent graduate (any subject) with drive and ambition
Strong communicator who enjoys working with people
Confident and proactive - comfortable picking up the phone
Sales, customer service, or business development experience (preferred but not essential)
A team player who wants to build a career in recruitment sales
UK driving licence and access to a car (essential for visiting schools)
