The Opportunity
We are seeking ambitious and talented Graduate Engineers to join our growing engineering team. With several openings available, this is a fantastic opportunity to kick-start your career in a high-tech manufacturing environment, working on cutting-edge electronics and robotics projects from day one.
This role will give you hands-on exposure to:
Electronics design, assembly, and testing processes
Robotics integration and automation technologies
Continuous improvement, Lean manufacturing, and process optimisation
Working with advanced equipment including AOI systems, reflow ovens, and robotic soldering machines
What You'll Do
Assist in developing, testing, and implementing engineering solutions to support production
Work with senior engineers on robotics automation projects and electronics manufacturing processes
Analyse production data and support efficiency improvements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve technical challenges
Participate in ongoing training and development programmes to broaden your technical skills
What We're Looking For
A recent graduate (or final-year student) in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Robotics, Mechatronics, or a related discipline
Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset
Practical, hands-on approach and willingness to learn
Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
