We are recruiting for a Graduate Engineer within the Engineering Department. The successful candidate will become an integral member of the team assisting with the design, assembly and testing of bespoke equipment. Each project offers a new set of challenges across multiple disciplines (mechanical/hydraulic/pneumatic) that provides a unique learning opportunity.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop engineering calculation packages to validate designs using hand calculations and FEA software Assist with the selection of components (pumps/motors/gearboxes etc) for umbilical reels/hydraulic power unit systems and validate selection with calculations Generate 3D models and fabrication, manufacture/assembly drawings Participate in design reviews with internal and external parties to ensure compliance with client specifications and industry standards Generate test procedures and operation manuals for equipment
Requirements:

BEng in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Desire to learn Self-motivated problem solver Ability to interpret technical drawings
Desirable:

Knowledge of drawing and FEA packages (SolidWorks, ANSYS, AutoCAD)
Opportunity to develop your career with experienced engineers and gain hands-on experience with equipment in our workshop and on-site

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 28,000.00-33,000.00 per year
