Jee has a well-established graduate programme that has been running for over 25 years, during which time we have trained over 50 graduates, many of which have remained with the company for much of their careers whilst others now occupy senior roles within a range of companies in the oil and gas and wider energy sector.
As a Graduate Engineer here at Jee, we want you to feel supported, inspired, and proud to be part of our well-established engineering firm.
From day one you will be working on exciting projects alongside the senior staff who will help you learn all the necessary technical skills. We have a full suite of training courses which will help you in building your skills.
Aside from engineering, you will get exposure to the broader business, interacting with finance, HR, sales, suppliers and customers. This role will involve occasional travel within the UK and abroad.
