Role Purpose

To assist the Assets personnel in providing technical support for Enshore's operational equipment; ensuring that it is available to meet project/contract requirements safely, effectively and efficiently. Continually seek to improve safety, improve quality and reliability of the Company's equipment during operations

Key Areas of Responsibility

ROLE

Ensure all new or transferred equipment is properly commissioned and tested and subsequently maintained in accordance with Enshore/OEM procedures. Assist other departments as required with operational and technical expertise during tendering, and through all phases of the Project lifecycle. Contribute on any recommendations/improvements to the Company Management systems and materially assist in internal and external auditing processes.

HSEQ

All Enshore employees whether permanent or temporary personnel, regardless of location are responsible for the Health, Safety, Environmental, Quality and Security compliance relating to the work that is performed by the company. In all phases of operations, due consideration shall be given to the safety and occupational health of personnel, the environment and company assets, and line managers are to ensure that all work is performed in conformance with HSEQ requirements set out by company and client and applicable statutory regulations. In accordance with the structure and governance of the Company, the position holder is to inform their Line Manager of any matters of importance regarding department or the performance of the Company. Ensure that all practical measures are taken with the equipment spread and by Enshore personnel to prevent pollution and damage to the environment.

Key Tasks

Assist in the management of adequate shipboard spares and associated inventories, ensuring the most efficient means of storage and freighting are implemented. Assist in corrective actions and close out of NCR's, AINMs, EIRs, EFRs and provide full support to all other internal management systems. Assist in 'hands-on' engineering assistance when required in support of equipment repair and maintenance activities. Monitor for recurring malfunctions, performance issues and equipment failures and lead in corrective recommendations. Assist in the provision and continuous development of equipment operating and maintenance procedures. Assist in Provide technical support and advice to the offshore crews and Project Managers. All employees are required to assist in other areas of the Company's activities either for workload sharing or personnel development reasons.

Key Measurables

To ensure KPI results show equal or improved results for equipment availability. Ensure all equipment, associated components, maintenance routines and critical spares are accurately reflected in the internal database. Achievement of time, cost and quality deliverables in line with departmental targets. Ensure shipboard critical spares inventories are maintained at all times.

Education and Qualifications Specific to Role

Essential Qualifications:

Recently completed a degree in Electrical, Hydraulic or Mechanical Engineering or in a related field.

Desirable Experience Specific to Role:

Experience working within an engineering related industry (Suggested minimum of 2 years but assessed case by case). Appreciation of autonomous delivery of discreet work packages. Appreciation of the formulation of budgets, work plans and schedules. Appreciation of the delivery and presentation of technical work packages including recommendations and solutions.
