Job Description

An exciting opportunity for a dedicated Finance Assistant to join a busy team in Crewe, driving financial accuracy and efficiency within the Accounting & Finance department.

Daily bank reconciliations
Preparation of journal entries for month end
Process monthly expenses
Monthly balance sheet
Assist with year-end audit deliverables
Intercompany reconciliations
Fixed assets and depreciation posting
Processing weekly ad hoc payments
Working closely with the commercial team and wider stakeholders

A successful Finance Assistant should have:

A relevant numerate degree - Essential
Or Studying towards AAT Qualification - Essential
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills - Essential
Have strong IT skills, particularly MS Excel - Essential
Have the desire to become a Qualified Accountant - Essential
