As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Finance Assistant to join our team and support the day-to-day financial operations of the business.

The Role



This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to kickstart their career in finance within a modern, tech-led environment. You'll gain hands-on experience in core finance processes, using Xero to support bookkeeping, reporting, and operational finance tasks.

You'll work closely with the Head of Operations and external accountants, playing a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, carrying out day to day financial tasks and supporting decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities



Processing sales and purchase invoices Reconciling bank transactions and managing accounts payable/receivable Assisting with credit control Tracking and updating financial records, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Assisting with payroll and staff expense processes Submitting VAT returns Supporting month-end tasks including reconciliations and reporting Supporting preparation of statutory accounts Assisting with budgeting and forecasting activity Helping to compile reports and data for internal and external use Maintaining digital filing systems and financial documentation Contributing to the development and improvement of finance processes Providing general finance admin and support across the team

What We're Looking For



A recent graduate in Finance, Accounting, or a related subject Strong numeracy and attention to detail Organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently Good working knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach An interest in SaaS or technology businesses A desire to develop a career in finance

Desirable (but not essential)



Familiarity with Xero accounting system Previous experience in an office, finance, or admin role Interest in financial analysis

Pay: 24,000.00-28,000.00 per month
