As a Formulation Scientist, you'll provide critical support across our Crop Protection R&D and Production & Supply projects, leveraging diverse practical techniques to develop and commercialize innovative products. You'll:
Drive formulation design for new agricultural products
Provide scientific insights and data-driven recommendations
Contribute to our culture of scientific excellence
Key Accountabilities
Design and execute formulation workplans with guidance from experienced colleagues
Deliver and validate experimental data independently
Collaborate across functions to achieve project objectives
Support patent filings through technical data generation
Share technical expertise with peers
Maintain safety standards while conducting laboratory work
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For
MSc/BSc in Chemistry or equivalent experience in formulation
Strong practical laboratory skills
Curious and enthusiastic approach to science
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Scientific problem-solving mindset
Meticulous data recording and interpretation skills
Desirable:
Experience in formulation design and testing
Scripting or coding capabilities
