What youll do



Join the great team of Henkel's Human Resources function with the exciting job opportunity as Graduate HR Assistant. You will work with local and international HR teams to support core HR processes and administration. You will understand and support the monthly and weekly compensation and benefits processes for UK & Ireland including requests from employees, business teams and Third Parties. Supporting data requests and updating and promoting our digital HR Hub. You will collaborate with the HR Business Partners on projects covering topics such as: Diversity & Inclusion Learning & Development Employee Wellbeing Increase digital learning and learning about HR Digital strategy. You will provide support for our HR Business Partners with the opportunity to understand further about their roles and responsibilities.

What makes you a good fit



You should graduate (before September 2026 and no more than two years prior) with a Bachelor, Masters (or equivalent) degree in Business, Human Resources Management or related field. Strong IT skills; good working knowledge of MS Office tools especially Excel. SAP or other HRIS systems knowledge is an advantage. Exceptional attention to detail, excellent organisation and administration skills. Comfortable with data analysis. Good analytical skills and time management. Team player with clear communication skills.
