Summary of Responsibilities:
Graduate Implementation Consultant
Attending internal project/team meetings
Attending client meetings, mostly remote, but also on site from time to time
Delivering requirements workshops with customers
Production of requirements and solution design documentation
Attending client meetings, mostly remote, but also on site from time to time
Data validation/manipulation and completion of data imports and exports
System configuration and functional testing
Providing support during presentations to customers
Deliver training for clients where required
Providing support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Completing system installs (training provided for this)
Assisting support team with responding to support tickets
Highlighting risks and issues and liaising with SWG Project Managers
Liaising with Support and other teams as necessary within SWG
Participating in testing for new releases
Contributing to knowledge sharing and methodology development
Responding to and resolving client issues working with rest of team as required
