As an Implementation Consultant at FE fundinfo, you'll be at the forefront of client-facing projects, working with innovative software and contributing to the development of industry-leading solutions. You'll have the opportunity to grow your expertise in financial services and asset management, work closely with colleagues across departments, and play a key role in delivering exceptional client experiences. This role offers the chance to develop your skills in project management, data analysis, and consulting, while building long-term relationships with clients and supporting their success.

Your key responsibilities as an Implementation Consultant will include:



Taking the lead on a wide range of project and programme management tasks, ensuring delivery to schedule and quality standards. Providing regular updates to the Head of Implementation and collaborating with a graduate implementation associate to complete project tasks. Training and upskilling new graduate implementation associates on the Fundipedia product and implementation processes. Analysing large data sets with accuracy and documenting clear, articulate business analysis to advise clients on best practices. Assisting in system demos and training sessions with clients, building positive, open, long-term relationships. To adhere to all general security responsibilities as documented in the company security policy.

You will need the following experience and skills to join us as an Implementation Consultant:



You must have 1-2 years' experience working with software in a client-facing role. You will have proven experience delivering projects to clients in a timely manner. You should be able to quickly learn and adapt to new software and project processes. You must have a keen interest in data management, financial services, and asset management. You will demonstrate strong organisation skills and attention to detail.
