Graduate Interior Designer

Newcastle upon Tyne, ENG, GB, United Kingdom

Job Description

About Us

Rowen is a luxury homeware brand with a devoted cult following. Known for our timeless neutral palettes, signature styling, and attention to elevated detail, we create spaces--and products--that customers fall in love with at first sight. We're growing our team and looking for someone with vision, ambition, and a designer's eye to help us shape the next chapter of the Rowen experience.

The Role

As a Graduate Interior Designer, you'll play a key role in translating our luxury aesthetic into immersive visual experiences, both in store and online. From conceptualising the layout of our retail spaces to designing campaign imagery and styling product launches, your creativity will help bring the Rowen lifestyle to life.

What You'll Be Doing

Retail Space Design: Create layout plans and moodboards for our retail stores that embody the Rowen brand--elevated, elegant, and always inspiring. 3D Visualisation: Use rendering tools to design styled room sets and vignettes that showcase our products in their best light for online, social, and marketing use. Curating Collections: Work closely with the buying and brand marketing teams to assemble beautiful, cohesive product collections that tell a story and elevate our seasonal launches. Product Concepting: Imagine and sketch new product ideas--your concepts could go all the way to production for future launches! Retail Installs: Collaborate with our store team to make sure physical setups and displays look stunning--exactly as envisioned, down to the smallest detail. Training Provided: You'll be supported with full training and mentoring, so don't worry if you've never done retail or product renders before--we're looking for the right eye, not just experience.
What We're Looking For

A degree or diploma in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or similar creative field. A passion for interiors and a deep appreciation for neutral, calming, design-led aesthetics. Confidence using Adobe Photoshop to present your design ideas and visuals. An eye for styling and composition--whether physical spaces or digital visuals. Proactive, positive energy with a desire to grow with a fast-moving creative brand. A love for Rowen's world--you know our vibe, our values, and our vision.
