We are Scotlands leading

pharmacy shopfitting and interior fit-out specialist

, working with independent pharmacy brands across the UK. We create functional, compliant, and modern retail and dispensary environments that enhance workflow, improve customer experience, and meet all healthcare industry standards.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a

Graduate Interior Designer

to join our creative and collaborative design team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated graduate to kickstart their career in a niche but fast-paced sector, where healthcare and commercial design meet.

Key Responsibilities:



Support the design and layout of pharmacy interiors, including dispensaries, retail areas, and consultation spaces. Create 2D floorplans, elevations, and technical drawings using AutoCAD and/or Revit. Develop 3D design proposals, mood boards, and material specifications. Assist with site surveys and ensure layouts comply with healthcare regulations and accessibility standards. Prepare client presentation materials and contribute to design meetings. Collaborate with project managers, clients, and joinery teams to develop build-ready technical drawings. Help prepare drawing packages for manufacturing and installation. Training available on specialist CabinetVision software

Requirements:



HND/Degree in CAD Design, Interior Design, Architectural Technology, Product Design, or a related field. Proficiency in AutoCAD (essential); knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or SolidWorks is a plus. Excellent attention to detail, with good spatial awareness and layout skills. Strong interest in commercial interiors and functional design. Clear communication and team collaboration skills. A portfolio showcasing technical and/or interior-related design work.

Desirable:



Any experience or placement in healthcare, retail, or commercial fit-out environments. Awareness of pharmacy or healthcare compliance standards (e.g., workflow, DDA access, storage regulations).
