Graduate Assistant
Graduate Governance, Risk and Assurance Officer
These fixed-term roles (6 to 12 months) are designed to give you invaluable hands-on experience, with opportunities to work alongside senior leaders, support strategic projects, and develop a broad range of professional skills.

We are looking for proactive, organised graduates with excellent communication skills and a strong desire to learn and contribute.
1. Graduate Assistant
This is a varied, rotational role supporting teams across the business, offering broad exposure to different areas including executive support, research, administration, and project coordination. It's a great opportunity to gain insight into how a values-driven housing association operates at every level.
Ideal for:
A graduate from
any discipline
who is highly organised, a strong communicator, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment.
2. Graduate Governance, Risk and Assurance Officer
Working closely with our Director of Governance, Risk and Assurance, this role offers hands-on experience in board and committee support, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and policy development. You'll gain experience in a regulated environment, contributing to key business processes and corporate projects.
Ideal for:
A graduate in
Law, Business, Public Administration, Politics, Social Sciences
(or similar) who's interested in governance, assurance, or the public/housing sector.
