About the Role

As an

eCommerce Executive (Graduate)

, you'll be part of our direct-to-consumer eCommerce team, working on exciting projects that drive customer engagement and loyalty. From improving website experiences to delivering impactful campaigns, you'll gain hands-on experience across digital marketing, UX, and data analysis - all while helping us deliver exceptional service to millions of customers.

Responsibilities

Support website and app development to enhance user journeys and conversion rates. Assist in delivering eCommerce trading strategies, including product and pricing initiatives. Help design and execute customer retention activities. Conduct competitor analysis and customer research to inform decisions. Manage customer communications across email, paid, and owned media channels.
