In the last 12 months, our paid media team has doubled in size and have just been won Large Paid Media Agency of the year 2025, we are now looking for a Graduate Paid Media Executive to join the team in our Leeds office.

Responsibilities:



Support the paid media team in the setup, monitoring, and optimisation of campaigns across PPC, Paid Social, and Display. Assist with the creation of ad copy and mock-ups. Carry out routine campaign checks and help manage budgets. Analyse campaign data and contribute to performance reporting. Attend team meetings and client calls to observe and learn best practices. Help track progress of tasks using project management tools. Contribute ideas and creativity to internal projects and team discussions. Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends by reading industry news. Contribute to agency marketing, such as writing blog posts or helping with social content. Attend external & internal training sessions to build your paid media knowledge.

Requirements



A degree in marketing, business, media, communications or other related field. Demonstratable interest in digital marketing and a desire to pursue a career in the industry. Some exposure to or awareness of Google Ads, Meta Ads, or analytics tools is a bonus, but not essential. Comfortable learning new platforms and tools where training is provided. Eagerness to learn, ask questions, and take on new challenges. Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude. Analytical mindset - comfortable working with numbers, performance data, and trends. Working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint Confident communication skills Able to work well in a team and build strong working relationships. Organised, able to manage time and prioritise tasks effectively with support.
