Your Opportunity
As a Graduate Product Manager, you'll join a dynamic team responsible for defining product strategy, gathering customer insights, and working with engineering and design teams to deliver impactful solutions. You'll be part of a structured development program that builds your skills in product lifecycle management, market analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
Key ResponsibilitiesContribute to product roadmaps and strategic planning Conduct market research and competitor analysis Gather and prioritise customer requirements Collaborate with engineering, UX, and marketing teams to deliver product features Monitor product performance and support continuous improvement

Who You AreA recent or upcoming graduate (2025/2026) with a degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Product Design, or a related field Passionate about technology, innovation, and customer experience Strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills Comfortable working with digital tools (e.g., Excel, Jira, Confluence) Able to work collaboratively across teams and functions

Preferred (but not essential) SkillsUnderstanding of agile methodologies and product lifecycle Familiarity with UX principles or customer journey mapping Exposure to product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Google Analytics)
