Graduate Insurance Programme

Location:

Lawnswood House, Redvers Close, Leeds, LS16 6RQ

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm

Our 2 year programme offers successful candidates the chance to join a dynamic and highly successful private business, on a rotational graduate programme across a range of areas within our Insurance team, including:

Lead Generation or Sales SME broking Compliance Claims Service Team Acturis and digital trading projects


You will get hands on experience and responsibility from day one to allow you to make an impact on our business. We are committed to developing your potential as a future leader, and you will be encouraged to drive efficiencies, innovate processes, and collaborate with teams across the business. A director will commit to mentoring you to provide you with advice and guidance throughout the programme.



You will be a brand ambassador of Radius, supporting our talent team with brand awareness attending local university job fairs and events, and being a buddy to our new graduates each year.

Qualifications

A minimum 2:1 degree in any subject (achieved or expected) Passion, ambition, and drive to succeed Evidence of some work experience or extra curricular activities is a plus A creative, problem-solving mindset with the ability to innovate Strong communication skills and confidence to present ideas to senior leadership Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment An interest in growing within insurance

Recruitment Process

Psychometric testing Telephone Interview Assessment interviews to be held in late August Final Interviews will take place Mid September.
