Key Responsibilities
Project Support & Coordination
Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring large-scale internal and client-facing projects.
Track timelines, deliverables, and dependencies using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
Coordinate across departments to ensure initiatives are aligned and on schedule.
Data Analysis & Spreadsheet Management
Design and maintain complex spreadsheets for tracking, reporting, and modelling purposes.
Perform data cleaning, transformation, and analysis using advanced Excel or Google Sheets functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
Visualise and interpret data to inform business and project decisions.
Versatile Business Support
Engage in a variety of operational and research tasks, adapting quickly to changing needs.
Support ad-hoc reporting, document preparation, and business process optimisation.
Provide input across multiple functions such as finance, operations, and marketing where data and organisation are key.
Who You Are
Proficient in advanced spreadsheet functions and comfortable handling complex data sets.
Highly organised with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple work streams.
Adaptable and willing to take on diverse tasks across various business areas.
Strong communicator capable of conveying data insights and project updates clearly.
Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset to see the bigger picture.
Preferred Skills (Bonus, Not Essential)
Familiarity with project management frameworks (e.g., Agile, Kanban).
Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Exposure to automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Google Apps Script) or basic scripting (e.g., SQL, Python).
Background in consultancy, finance, or fast-paced SME/startup environments.
