About the role



We're looking for a Graduate Project Coordinator; someone with an eye for detail, a proactive mindset, and a passion for making things happen. You'll be part of a dynamic consulting team delivering a large-scale, high-impact program designed to help people access better education, training, and employment opportunities.

Designed to transform career education, guidance, and employment outcomes at a national scale, this initiative requires someone who thrives in dynamic environments and loves keeping things running smoothly. You'll play a vital role in coordinating project activities, reporting, and communication across multiple workstreams and stakeholders -- maintaining delivery momentum, tracking outcomes, and ensuring every milestone is achieved on time, on target, and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities



You'll support our team to keep the project on track, organised, and running smoothly.

Coordinate day-to-day project activities, ensuring deliverables, milestones, and actions are tracked and completed on time. Maintain detailed project documentation, schedules, and risk registers, ensuring information is current and accessible. Prepare and format high-quality reports, presentations, and updates for internal and client stakeholders. Support project governance processes, including meeting scheduling, minute-taking, and action tracking. Monitor progress across workstreams and highlight potential risks, dependencies, or delays. Communicate with consultants, partners, and stakeholders to keep everyone aligned Contribute to tracking risks, budgets, and outcomes. Bring ideas and energy to improve the way we work together.

About you



Completed an undergraduate degree (in any discipline) from a Russell Group University essential Ideally completed an internship or have some relevant work experience Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with project management tools and advantage. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in both English and Arabic. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with competing priorities. A proactive team player with high levels of initiative, adaptability, and problem-solving ability. Experience working with international teams or clients is an advantage. Strong work ethic and attention to detail
