. You will be based in our

office and will specialise in

Project Management

.



This is a blended learning opportunity combining

and will exposure to the whole business.

The role is office-based and focused on

Medium to High Voltage Power Transformer Projects

. The scheme will start in September 2026 and last two years.

Key Responsibilities

:



Support the Project Manager with delivery of the project kick off meetings as required. Support the Project Manager with delivery of the client kick off meetings as required. Issue and receive documentation as detailed within the contractual Document Requirement List to the client (and suppliers if applicable) through a formal document control system. Assist with the expediting of procurement as required to ensure all goods are received in line with the project schedule.

Project Management

GCSEs

at a grade 4 or above

Essential Skills:

Clear verbal and written communication Confidence with numbers and technical measurements Organised and methodical approach Strong time management and reliability Logical thinking and problem-solving

Comfortable working across office, site, and university settings Commitment to safety and good practice
Curious, enthusiastic, and eager to learn
