Role Summary
We're looking for a Graduate Project Engineer with a relevant degree and at least one year of industry experience to join our delivery team. You'll work directly with senior engineers and clients on site, helping to deliver maintenance strategies, support asset verification and documentation, and contribute to project and tender documentation.
This is a hands-on role with real responsibility and the opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic consultancy environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist engineers on client sites with:
Verifying asset data and system information
Maintenance Process Design
Developing structured asset lists
Writing clear and compliant maintenance tasks
Supporting CMMS data preparation for platforms like SAP, Maximo, Dynamics 365
Contribute to project tracking, document control, and SharePoint-based collaboration
Lead and contribute to client-facing meetings, presenting findings and supporting decision-making as part of the consultancy process
Prepare content and technical inputs for client reports and tender proposals
Review and interpret technical drawings, documents, and registers
What We're Looking For
A degree in a relevant field (e.g. Engineering, Data, Asset Management)
Around 1 year of industry experience (placement year or postgrad)
Strong Microsoft Excel skills (essential)
Microsoft Access experience (desirable)
Familiarity with CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management Systems) is a plus
Must have a full, clean UK driving licence and use of your own vehicle for travelling to site
High attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving approach
Lead and contribute to meetings with clients as art of the consultancy
Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset
Comfortable working independently on-site and collaborating with office-based teams
