About the role



We're seeking a graduate-level Project & PMO Coordinator who is fluent in Arabic and English, highly organised, and motivated to contribute to projects that create real social and economic impact.

You'll join a small, high-performing consulting team supporting program delivery, reporting, and governance activities across multiple workstreams and international partners. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves working collaboratively, and wants to develop a strong foundation in project management and consulting.

Key responsibilities



You'll support our team to keep the project on track, organised, and running smoothly.

Coordinate day-to-day project activities, ensuring deliverables, milestones, and actions are tracked and completed on time. Maintain detailed project documentation, schedules, and risk registers, ensuring information is current and accessible. Prepare and format high-quality reports, presentations, and updates for internal and client stakeholders. Support project governance processes, including meeting scheduling, minute-taking, and action tracking. Monitor progress across workstreams and highlight potential risks, dependencies, or delays. Communicate effectively with partners, consultants, and government stakeholders in both Arabic and English. Contribute to tracking risks, budgets, and outcomes. Bring ideas and energy to improve the way we work together.

About you



Completed an undergraduate degree (in any discipline) from a Russell Group University essential Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in both English and Arabic. Ideally completed an internship or have some relevant work experience Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with project management tools and advantage. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with competing priorities. A proactive team player with high levels of initiative, adaptability, and problem-solving ability. Experience working with international teams or clients is an advantage.
