Titan Interior Solutions Ltd are looking for an ambitious and motivated

Graduate Quantity Surveyor

to join our commercial team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience working on live construction projects whilst being supported by experienced professionals. You'll develop the skills, knowledge, and confidence to progress in your career, all while helping deliver projects on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.

Assisting with the preparation and submission of monthly valuations and applications for payment Supporting the measurement and valuation of works, including variations Helping prepare cost forecasts, cash flow projections, and commercial reports Liaising with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather and check commercial data Administering subcontract works orders, payments, and performance monitoring Maintaining accurate and well-organised commercial records Learning and applying standard forms of contract and company commercial processes Shadowing senior team members to gain practical, on-the-job experience Authorising supplier invoices Ensuring a high personal standard of professionalism with clients and colleagues

What we're looking for:



Graduate (or soon-to-be graduate) in Quantity Surveying or related discipline Full UK driving licence (CSCS card desirable) Strong numerical, analytical, and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to read technical drawings Organised with excellent attention to detail Awareness of construction processes (knowledge of measurement, valuation, and standard contracts desirable) Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and a collaborative team player Professional and confident when dealing with colleagues, clients, and subcontractors
