The Role:

If you're completing a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline, and you want a role where you can apply your learning from day one, this is an excellent start. As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you will join our commercial team and gain hands-on experience across live projects. Your first assignment is expected to be on the St. George scheme near Bristol (M5 J21), giving you early exposure to a significant civil engineering project.

What You'll Do:

Assist with measurement, valuation, and cost management on active projects. Support the preparation of tenders, contracts, and commercial reports. Help manage subcontractor packages, payments, and variations. Contribute to forecasting and financial control. Work with site teams, suppliers, and clients to keep projects on track. Maintain accurate commercial and project documentation.

Who You Are:

A recent or upcoming graduate who is ambitious, organised, and eager to apply your academic knowledge. You enjoy problem-solving, working with data, and collaborating with different teams. You want genuine responsibility and the chance to develop quickly in a supportive environment.

Skills & Qualities:

Strong numeracy and analytical ability. Clear communicator with good written and verbal skills. Confident using Excel and digital tools. Driven, curious, and ready to learn. Placement or industry experience is welcome but not essential.
