As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, your role will revolve around streamlining the hiring process for our clients. You will take charge of sourcing, screening, and handpicking the most suitable candidates to fill their job vacancies. Collaborating closely with our clients, you will delve into their staffing requirements, attract top-tier talent, and orchestrate successful matches between candidates and job specifications. This role requires exceptional communication, organisational and negotiation skills, along with a strong understanding of the recruitment process.

Your key responsibilities as Graduate Recruitment Consultant will include:

  • Sourcing and attracting high-calibre candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
  • Conducting candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to identify the best fit for our clients\' requirements
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates to understand their needs, provide guidance, and ensure a seamless recruitment process
  • Developing a deep understanding of the industry, job market trends, and client organisations to deliver valuable insights and advice
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate shortlisting, interview coordination, and offer negotiation
  • Collaborating closely with the wider recruitment team to share knowledge, best practices, and contribute to the overall success of the agency
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, new sourcing strategies, and emerging talent pools
