Graduate/Trainee Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities:
Building meaningful, consultative relationships with clients and candidates Developing long-term partnerships based on trust and expertise Growing new business through strategic outreach and networking Assessing and engaging candidates through CV review, interviews, and career guidance Writing clear, compelling job adverts to attract top talent Consistently meeting high performance standards and exceeding expectations
