Graduate Recruitment Consultant - Areas of responsibilities:

Source and attract top talent via writing job adverts, conducting market research, headhunting on LinkedIn and referrals Manage existing client accounts and develop new client accounts Screen, interview, and assess candidates suitability Coordinate and manage the full recruitment process on both the client and candidate side Build and maintain strong relationships with clientele Stay updated on industry trends via analysing data, market trends and research
