Trainee / Graduate Recruitment Consultant: Responsibilities

Conducting thorough research to find potential candidates and interviewing to assess suitability Identifying top performers and talent pools in the industry Forging relationships with clientele and regularly consulting high calibre professionals, to ensure their recruitment needs are met Mapping the market landscape and analysing competitors Generating new business through business development Sourcing candidates through proactive headhunting and networking Candidate engagement; communicating and interviewing candidates to establish position suitability

Trainee / Graduate Recruitment Consultant: Requirements

Impeccable academics; degree from a Top 40 university Excellent A Levels, ideally straight A's Experience working in a professional environment through internships, placements & work experience An innate hunger for success Excellent communication skills in both the spoken and written form

Pay: 40,000.00-55,000.00 per year
