The Role

We're hiring for Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join the business within our Valuation Surveying team.

We're looking for an ambitious, passionate & driven individual who's looking to start their career in recruitment.

You will be given training and mentorship so that you can become a skilled recruiter and specialist within your sector.

The Package

We offer a base salary of 25,000-27,000 dependant on previous experience.

Commission: We pay up to 35% uncapped commission

Training

We have an unrivalled training plan that has been developed to ensure that each new starter is given all the information they need, to be successful.

We will pay for any subscription service that you feel with help benefit and aid in your professional development.

Annual Leave

25 days annual Leave + 8 days Bank Holiday

Pension

SONDR are part of the Workplace Pension Scheme, which means we'll contribute into your pension, to a maximum of 3% of your salary per annum.
