TYG is expanding! We're looking for an ambitious Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our London team.

A bit about us:

TYG are a market-leading recruitment company within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction sectors servicing clients across the USA.

We're looking to continue the expansion of the company after a record year, and there are some great opportunities available for someone looking to start a rewarding career within the headhunting and sales space.

We're currently at 24 heads in our London HQ with a goal to grow to 40 heads across the next 3 years. This means you can play a pivotal part in our expansion plans, as well as have the opportunity to move into leadership positions as we grow.

Responsibilities will include:

Proactively developing new business relationships whilst managing our existing pool of clients. Sourcing, headhunting and representing high-calibre candidates. Sustaining a consistently excellent standard of service throughout each step of the recruitment procedure.

A bit about you:

Ultimately, recruitment comes down to your grit and determination to succeed. We're ideally looking for driven individuals who have previously worked in a sales role, or you may be a graduate with a track record of work history alongside your education. We're also keen to speak to people from a competitive sports background.
