A position is immediately available to support and assist a professional, specialist recruitment team within a busy, friendly office. With an excellent telephone manner and keyboard skills, you will be a flexible and personable Administrator for this important, varied, interesting and very
challenging
position.
You will undertake varied responsibilities including:-
Digital Marketing - Experience of Linkedin and Canva advantageous
Enhancing recruitment software database
Completing proposals, updating CV's and Client specifications
Answering and directing incoming calls
Arranging interviews, taking client/candidate calls
In order to be considered for this immediate opportunity you will ideally be of
graduate calibre
, ideally from a fast-paced sales environment, have a
good sense of humour
and the ability to handle additional responsibilities or new challenges on a day to day basis. This role is integral to our operation; therefore you must demonstrate exceptional communication and organisational skills with
excellent written English grammar and spelling.
Ideally candidates will additionally possess good knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word & Excel and have an
excellent eye for detail.
