HOW WILL YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE?



As a Sales Development Representative, you'll learn how to connect with prospective clients through email, phone calls, and LinkedIn outreach. This role provides a strong foundation for becoming a skilled and confident sales professional. You'll gain hands-on experience in lead generation and relationship building, setting the stage for long-term success in sales.

You will be motivated and committed to reaching daily targets for which you'll receive a strong commission structure in addition to your base salary.

To help you succeed, we've built a clear 12-month career progression plan to support your growth. If you perform well and to set metrics, you'll move into a Senior SDR role with involvement in the early stages of the direct sales cycle. Exceptional performance could lead to an SME sales position, or, if your interests evolve, the experience gained will equip you to transition into other areas of the business.

VARIED DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES



Proactively reach out to potential clients via email, phone, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads. Conduct research to identify target prospects and understand their needs and challenges. Book meetings and demonstrations for the sales team by effectively communicating the value of our product or service. Maintain accurate records of outreach and follow-ups in the CRM system. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align on messaging and lead generation strategies. Continuously develop product knowledge and sales skills to grow into more advanced roles within the team.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN A CANDIDATE?



Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative. Comfortable speaking with new people over the phone, email, and LinkedIn. Ability to stay organized and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. A genuine interest in sales, business development, or customer engagement. Resilient to set-backs or rejection and finds ways to bounce back quickly Competitive, and understand your own goals for your career which you use for motivation No prior sales experience required, but any background in customer-facing roles is a plus.
