Moorgate Finance Limited are a well-established and continuously evolving commercial finance brokerage with an aim to become a one stop shop for commercial finance, and in turn become the biggest and best brokerage in the UK market. We have recently celebrated our tenth anniversary and in that time have facilitated funding of over 600 million. Our offices are based in Paulerspury and are commutable from Bedford, Milton Keynes and Northampton. We are looking for Sales Development Representatives to grow our existing team.
The role:
- Support the other members sales team with outbound activity under the direction of our Marketing Director to actively target new business with phone and email-based outreach
- Responsibility for converting cold and warm leads into qualified opportunities for our sales team to convert
- Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches to effectively communicate our value proposition.
- Maintain regular contact with out customer base to keep them informed on industry news and developments with a view to increasing Moorgate's brand exposure
- Proactively identify new developments and ongoing trends in various sectors to feedback to Marketing to ensure Moorgate are always ahead of the curve
- Utilize CRM software to track interactions, manage leads, and report on progress whilst actively adding and cleansing the data to allow for more accurate marketing efforts
- Achieve and exceed monthly quotas for qualified leads and appointments.
Who we are looking for:
We are looking to hire a motivated and results driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our commercial finance sales team. This role comes with the ability to make your own hours so would be a good fit for anyone who has other commitments that require more hours than traditional full-time work would allow, however the role would also suit someone looking to start their career in sales as full time hours are available. All that is required for this role is an ability to communicate effectively in both spoken word and written English and be able to work proactively. Sales experience in a phone-based environment is a plus, but attitude is more important to us than experience for this position. Full training will be provided, and support will be available from both our Sales Director and Marketing Director.
