Graduate sales and marketing assistant

We are looking for an energetic sales & marketing assistant to help grow our brand awareness distribution in the UK. We are a young team spread throughout the UK and internationally and have a period of rapid growth coming up. We're looking for someone to work alongside our marketing manager in helping grow the brand with a focus on trade accounts.??We need someone that is social media savvy and not afraid to build relationships online and in person with key affiliates or pizza trucks and bbq restaurants that stock our brand. We want someone that is confident and hungry to build awareness everywhere for the brand. ? This is a starting role with a company at the beginning of some rapid and aggressive growth. We are looking someone that is keen to make their mark and grow with the company. There will be opportunity to grow within the company.

Duties?

Build and nurture consumer and trade relationships on social media to support brand growth, Help in executing the marketing calendar online, driving effective campaigns throughout the year to support new listings, new product launches and major events., Develop and build relationships with all accounts. Strong interpersonal skills to ensure we are loved by all affiliates and stockists., Cover accounts and activity across the whole UK. Willing to travel to see key accounts and generate activity for the brand., Maintain good records and organise trade contacts and happy to manage the order process for anyone that wants to stock our hot honey.,
Qualifications?

Strong written and spoken communications skills and ability to develop and build strong relationships key., Confident and energetic person with a go getter attitude., Self starter and ability to build pipeline and execute on opportunity., Excellent written and communication communicator, organisation skills and ability to hit deadlines., Social & digital wizardry - to capitalise on the ever-evolving social media landscape, support the marketing team to deliver brilliant integrated strategies and activities, develop creative content and manage communication with our online community.,
A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not essential if experience is demonstrable.

Pay: From 23,000.00 per year
