Description

Kick-start your career in B2B marketing and sales enablement. You'll keep our pipeline organised, our comms sharp, and our story consistent across channels--so senior leadership can focus on high-value conversations, strategy, and converting bigger opportunities.

About Planit

Bespoke media. No drama. We are a performance marketing agency that combines paid media, affiliate partnerships, content, and SEO to deliver measurable growth. We are strategic, data-driven, and obsessed with outcomes: "the only performance is the result."

At the forefront of GenAI:

we help household-name brands navigate the GenAI era with practical, safe, and profitable applications across affiliate, content, and SEO.

Why we're hiring:

we've had a run of great wins and accelerating growth across our portfolio, and we're expanding to scale what's working.

Our values:

transparency, problem-solving, foundations first then scale, and a collaborative, low-ego culture. We trust people to take ownership and deliver.

What you'll do

Follow-ups & scheduling: Draft/send structured follow-up emails; book meetings; manage comms for smaller opportunities through the pipeline. Marketing ops: Support and deliver agency marketing (website updates, organic/social, blog, email). Partners: Manage referral-partner quarterly payments and accurate records. Outbound coordination: Help manage third-party sales email suppliers (Implement, Eric, Apollo) and track outcomes--no cold calling. Sales materials: Support production/formatting of sales decks, case studies, and collateral; keep shared sales folders current. CRM discipline: Record and maintain the sales side of HubSpot (contacts, companies, deals, activities); uphold data hygiene. Research & qualification: Pre-meeting research (prospect news, size, digital/web stats); qualify inbound/new leads with initial checks. ABM support: Spot opportunities and support ABM-style lead generation when required. RFPs & awards: Support RFP responses, portal admin, information consolidation; support award entries and submission packs. Events: Organise and assess potential event attendance; track deadlines for proposals, RFPs, awards, events--and pipeline chasers/responses. Insights: Collate performance/insight data for pitches and marketing; support internal reporting on sales and pipeline progress. Collaboration: Coordinate inputs from Paid Media and Affiliate teams into proposals; help maintain sales templates and processes. Audit readiness: Maintain company sales documentation (e.g., audit access) and help organise access for audits.

The impact you'll enable:

Your work frees senior leaders to:

Spend more time on high-value calls and senior client/prospect meetings. Focus on developing and converting larger, strategic opportunities. Nurture and grow referral/partner relationships. Refine positioning, messaging, product/solution development, and our agency narrative. Lead pitches (not assemble them) and manage senior stakeholder relationships. Build an effective lead engine and pursue strategic accounts (ABM, partnerships, new services). Act quickly on opportunities without being slowed by follow-ups. Monitor performance and improve sales processes at a higher level. Align with senior leadership on agency growth direction--without admin drag

Entry requirements

What you'll need:

Clear, confident written communication; concise email style. Strong organisation and deadline discipline; comfortable juggling multiple workstreams. Curiosity and commercial awareness when researching prospects. High attention to detail in documents, decks, and data entry. Comfortable with spreadsheets and light data wrangling. Proactive, can-do attitude; you close loops and chase answers.

Nice to have (or learn here):

HubSpot (CRM & reporting), Google Workspace/MS Office; basic design tools (Canva/Figma/PowerPoint). Familiarity with Apollo and managing third-party outbound partners. Understanding of paid media/affiliate channels and common B2B marketing metrics.

Training to be provided

Marketing has become fundamental to the success of any modern business. Having an efficient and knowledgeable team is a must. Still, employers are beginning to realise they don't have to recruit from the top to bring this expertise into their business. There is plenty of hungry talent eager to prove their worth at an apprenticeship level. That's why Apprentify have created their Level 3 Multi-channel Marketing apprenticeship.

Apprentify's Digital Marketing apprenticeships are designed to bring up-and-coming talent through the ranks of an organisation. Our programmes offer cost-effective solutions to employers while also giving apprentices industry experience. The Level 3 Multi-channel Marketing apprenticeship equates to an A-Level qualification, with the added benefit of on-the-job experience and sector knowledge.

Multi-channel marketers will define, design, build and implement campaigns across a variety of platforms to drive customer engagement and retention. In addition, they will be responsible for parts of the campaign within their area of responsibility. As part of the Marketing team, they will contribute to the implementation of the Marketing strategy and plans and will have responsibility for elements of the overall marketing plan.

They will be the first point of contact for day-to-day activities in the marketing team and will be responsible for allocating higher levels of work to the management team. This role will work on their own and in a range of team settings. They work within agreed budgets and available resources. Multi-channel marketers work without high levels of supervision, usually reporting to senior stakeholders. They may occasionally be responsible for decision making on smaller areas of campaigns, but more often will support or influence the decisions of others.

The Multi-channel Apprenticeship programme covers: Branding Content Marketing Marketing Communications Campaign Management Adobe Creative Cloud
