GRADUATE SALES & MARKETING ROLE



25K Basic, plus commission and bonus. Realistic OTE year 1, 50K.



We're looking for a bright, energetic, and highly motivated individual to join our marketing team. You'll need to have a minimum of one year's work experience and be comfortable working in a small business environment.

You will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing department and contributing to the success of our events and campaigns. If you are well-organised, have strong communication skills, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:



Selling Delegate Passes: Comfortable speaking to clients and potential attendees over the phone to sell event delegate passes. Customer Service Support: Assist in providing excellent customer service, addressing client enquiries, and ensuring a smooth experience for attendees. Email Campaigns: Set up and manage email campaigns using our ESP (Email Service Provider) software. Copywriting and Marketing Campaigns: Write compelling, persuasive, and on-brand copy for marketing campaigns and promotional materials. Database Management: Build and extract maximum value from our databases, ensuring data is accurate and up-to-date. Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks within the marketing department to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities. Event Support: Attend and assist with the live execution of events, ensuring everything runs smoothly on the day.

You will need to have:



A professional, calm, courteous, and friendly manner with excellent communication skills. A commercial mindset with a determination to succeed and achieve results. An excellent eye for detail, with experience in proofreading being an added advantage. A proactive and positive attitude, with a 'can-do' approach to every task. Proficiency in LinkedIn, Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Maturity and versatility, comfortable in a small business environment with changing priorities. Strong problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and the initiative to get things done.

Bonus Skills:



Being tech-savvy is an added advantage. Familiarity with marketing tools and software will be beneficial, as we value those who can adapt to new technology and systems quickly.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of a year's work experience and will also have a strong academic record - please state your A-Levels and GCSEs clearly.
