In this role you will:
Support students with ADHD, autism and a range of communication and social needs
Work closely with pupils on a one to one and small group basis to help them stay regulated, focused and engaged
Help create a calm and predictable environment that allows young people to learn at their own pace
Work alongside experienced SEN practitioners who will guide and support you
Build trusting relationships with students so that they feel safe, understood and able to participate in lessons and activities
