What You'll Be Doing
Supporting students with ADHD, autism and communication needs
Providing one to one and small group support
Helping pupils stay regulated, focused and engaged
Creating a calm, predictable learning environment
Working alongside experienced SEN practitioners
Building positive relationships so students feel safe and confident
