Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Site Engineer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent engineering graduate to gain hands-on experience on live projects, work alongside experienced professionals, and develop a solid foundation for a career in site and project engineering.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning, coordination, and supervision of on-site engineering activities.

Support the site team in ensuring works are carried out in accordance with specifications, drawings, and quality standards.

Conduct site inspections, surveys, and monitor progress against project schedules.

Work with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of work.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.

Maintain accurate records, site diaries, and produce reports as required.

Assist in resolving technical issues and responding to queries from stakeholders.

Liaise with design teams and help with interpreting technical drawings and plans.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to work on-site in dynamic and sometimes challenging environments.

Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and relevant codes/standards.

Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, and basic surveying tools is an advantage.

A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and commitment to safety.
