Are you passionate about education and eager to make a difference in the lives of students? A Specialist School in Waltham Forest area are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistant to join the team for September 2025.Position: Graduate Teaching Assistant
Location: Waltham Forest
Start Date: SeptemberWithin this role, you will be supporting children and young people with additional needs such as, Autism and ADHD.Key Responsibilities:

  • Support classroom teachers in delivering high-quality education.
  • Assist with lesson planning and preparation.
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support to students.
  • Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment.
  • Participate in school activities and events.
Requirements:
  • A recent graduate with a degree in Education or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for working with children and helping them achieve their potential.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in a school setting is a plus, but not essential.
