, you'll receive full training and mentorship to become a trusted commercial and clinical partner to NHS and private hospitals.

Key Responsibilities
Support the senior sales team to
identify and grow new business opportunities
within your territory.
Assist in
clinical product demonstrations
and help facilitate user training for biopsy systems and therapeutic devices.
Attend meetings with urologists, radiologists, procurement teams, and administrators alongside senior staff.
Manage a growing pipeline of opportunities and maintain activity records using CRM systems.
Represent the business at
clinical workshops, training events, and conferences
, both in the UK and abroad.
Learn the procurement and sales processes within the NHS and private hospital networks.
Provide frontline support to existing customers with the help of product specialists and leadership.
What We're Looking For - Skills & Experience
A recent graduate (or graduating this year) in a
life science
,
biomedical
,
healthcare
,
radiography
, or
business-related degree
.
An interest in
medical technology
,
health innovation
, or
urological healthcare
.
A willingness to learn
clinical language
, surgical workflow, and the commercial side of medtech.
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal - and confidence in presenting.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
A full UK driving licence (or working towards one).
A flexible approach - willing to travel and occasionally stay overnight for clinical training or conferences.
