We are seeking a bright, motivated, and AI-savvy graduate with a passion for property, real estate, and cutting-edge technologies like ChatGPT.

You will play a

strategic and hands-on role

in helping set up, structure, and scale the business from its foundational phase to the next level. This includes developing operational frameworks, refining client systems, and

preparing for national franchise expansion

.

You will support the creation of standardised processes, AI-integrated workflows, and scalable property and client engagement models. You'll also act as a key bridge between tech systems, property operations, and client relations -- while contributing to the

vision of launching future Angel Moves franchises across the UK.

This is a unique opportunity to work directly under a senior director and gain deep experience in

business building, AI deployment, and real estate growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities1.

AI & Business Systems Support

Set up, manage, and maintain ChatGPT-based assistants across different departments (CRM, appointment setting, lead generation, tenant support, etc.) Create task automation workflows using GPT-4, AI tools, and business logic Assist in developing performance monitoring dashboards and AI Work Coaches for remote staff Help translate business operations into simplified, AI-understandable workflows Provide AI training to staff and help troubleshoot GPT usage

Property & Real Estate Support

Research and analyse property markets (especially in relocation target areas across the UK) Assist in sourcing properties and compiling offers for landlords, agents, and councils Support the onboarding of landlords and agents into Angel Moves programs Ensure property compliance documentation is complete and verified (Gas, EICR, EPC, etc.)

Client Relationship Management

Liaise with estate agents, landlords, and local authorities to manage relationships from onboarding to property handover Follow up on property inspections, offer submissions, and council payments Help coordinate UC/HB applications for tenants Track communications and keep CRM systems updated

Operations & Setup Assistance

Help document and organize all business procedures, policies, and process flows Assist in the roll-out of company knowledge bases and training guides Take part in strategic discussions around service development and automation Support content creation, social media strategy, and video production coordination (where applicable)
Ideal Candidate Profile? Essentials

Recent graduate in Business, Property, Real Estate, Computer Science, AI, or a related field Strong knowledge of ChatGPT, AI tools, or process automation platforms Genuine interest in the UK property and housing market Excellent written and verbal communication skills Well-organised, proactive, and a fast learner Strong people skills - able to communicate with landlords, agents, and councils professionally Confident in using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and AI-based tools
Desirable (but not required)

Previous internship or experience in property, lettings, or housing Familiarity with local authority housing schemes and incentives Exposure to CRM platforms.
