Graduate Trainee

Having successfully launched in 2019, RS Risk Solutions is currently seeking a Graduate Trainee to join our growing team. We are looking for a highly talented candidate to join our insurance broking team based at our Lingfield, Surrey office. A fantastic opportunity for the right person to develop and grow along with us - across a wide range of skills and competencies from finance and insurance, to sales and marketing.

How You Will Contribute

Be part of the broking team - to provide first line support in a timely and effective manner. Assist in the accurate inputting of client information onto our systems. Assist in the development of our marketing material, social media and internet pages. Proactively share new ideas for social content and support with content scheduling, copywriting and reporting across social media channels. Supporting finance and compliance with collation of management information. Coordinating and organising events and travel arrangements.

Your Skills and Experience

Attention to detail is a must in this regulated industry. Previous social media content and internet development preferred - understanding of the social media landscape, new emerging apps and communication tools. Proficient with standard MS Office and competent at using technology generally. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to be a good team player and build and maintain relationships. Excellent English writing skills as well as effective verbal and written communication skills. Highly numerate with qualifications in commerce and / or science-based subjects preferred. Motivated and proactive with a 'can-do' attitude to problems while staying agile. Ability to work in a pressurised and time sensitive environment.
