. You'll join us on a

full-time, permanent basis

and in return you will receive a competitive salary of 24,000 - 26,000, dependent on experience.

Key responsibilities of the Graduate Trainee - Business Analyst / Developer:

As a Graduate Trainee Business Analyst / Developer, you'll embark on a structured development journey, working closely with one of our company Directors and an existing experienced Analyst / Developer to gain hands-on experience and personalised mentorship.


Your first 12 months will involve a variety of impactful projects, including:


Conducting sales, purchasing, and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities Developing and maintaining databases, reporting tools, and analysis dashboards Collaborating with teams across the business to improve processes and efficiency Designing data-driven insights to support strategic business decisions

This role is ideal for someone who loves problem-solving, thrives on continuous learning, and enjoys turning data and ideas into meaningful business outcomes.

What we are looking for in our Graduate Trainee - Business Analyst / Developer:

You'll bring a strong analytical mindset, curiosity, and a drive to learn. Specifically:


Minimum 2:1 Honours Degree in a Maths, Science, Computing. At least Grade B (A Level) in Maths or equivalent quantitative qualification Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent time management and attention to detail A positive, proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience with relational databases (e.g. MySQL) would be an advantage
