South Ormsby Estate

is a historic rural estate with a modern, forward-thinking mission. The Estate is undergoing an ambitious and thoughtful transformation -- blending conservation, sustainability, heritage, and entrepreneurship. The Graduate Training Scheme



We're offering

a one-year Graduate Trainee placement

designed to help you find your career path through immersive, practical experience across a broad range of disciplines. This is not your typical graduate role -- it's a unique opportunity to try out multiple roles, build your CV, and discover where your passion lies.

What you'll experience:


Over the year, you'll rotate through key areas of the Estate, including:

Heritage Breed Cattle & Poultry Management

Sales & Marketing of Artisan FMCG Products

Finance & Management Accounting

Residential & Commercial Property Management

Travel & Tourism Development

Business Management & Leadership

Project Management


You'll receive mentorship, practical training, and even optional accredited courses to boost your skills in your chosen field.

Who We're Looking For

enthusiastic, creative, and hardworking graduates

from any degree background. Most importantly, we're looking for people who are:

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract, Graduate

Pay: 22,500.00 per year
