At TT Electronics, we're looking for enthusiastic and ambitious graduates to join our Manufacturing Systems Engineering Graduate Programme - a brand-new, two-year scheme designed to accelerate your development and set you up for a meaningful, long-term career in engineering manufacturing. Role Overview and Responsibilities:
Starting in September 2026, based at our Manufacturing facility in Fairford, Gloucestershire, this programme puts you right at the heart of our manufacturing operations. Through a series of structured rotations across Assembly & Test Engineering, Continuous Improvement, New Product Introduction, and Quality, you'll own improvement initiatives, drive enhancement projects, support design change releases, and deliver problem-solving close-outs, making a measurable difference to performance, quality, and efficiency.
Upon successful completion of the two-year scheme, you'll have the opportunity to progress into a permanent role at TT Electronics, building a career that grows with you.
