Graduate Trainee - Road Haulage

Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning and coordination of transport operations.

Gain hands-on experience with fleet management and scheduling.

Monitor and ensure compliance with safety regulations, vehicle and driver compliance.

Ensure customer service is of the highest quality.

Analyse logistics data to optimize routes and improve efficiency.

Requirements:

Recent graduate with a degree in any one of the following, business management, logistics, transportation, agriculture or a related field.

Keen interest in road haulage and the logistics industry.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

A knowledge or interest in the Agri sector
