We are seeking motivated and talented
Junior Consultants

Assistant or Consultant level
) to contribute to our expanding team. This is an exceptional opportunity for individuals eager to make a tangible impact on diverse and engaging noise and vibration projects. As a key member of our team, you will be involved in projects ranging from shaping large infrastructure and renewables, aviation noise management and the built environment.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to utilise cutting-edge digital data, sophisticated modelling tools, and data science techniques. You will also collaborate with subject matter experts in related fields, such as air quality and climate change, gaining valuable exposure to interdisciplinary projects and broadening your professional skillset. Candidates will need to be able to work on their own and as part of a team, sharing responsibility forthe management of both projects and staff.
Key Skills
Ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate experience in all or most of the following:
Acoustic Fundamentals
: A solid understanding of environmental acoustics principles.
Communication
: Good written and oral communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and concise reports.
Technical
Skills
: Strong technical capability and ability to review and interpret data. Experience with data analysis and interpretation.
: High level of proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Word.
Organisational Skills
: Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and deliver work to deadlines.
Site Work
: Ability and willingness to undertake site-based and field work.
Initiative
: Dynamic self-starter with attention to detail.
Ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate skills and expertise in some of the following desirable experience:
Driving License
: A full, clean UK driving license is required, as travel will be necessary.
Programming Experience
: Any languages or tools.
Building Acoustics
experience.
Qualifications:
Education
: Relevant A-Levels or equivalent. BSc or MSc in Acoustics, physics, or a numerate subject.
