The Role

We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable and hard-working individuals to join our harvest team for the 2025 grape picking season.

This is a great opportunity to be part of an award-winning English wine estate and experience the buzz of harvest in a beautiful countryside setting.

Due to the remote location, access to your own transport is essential.

Although we don't pick in the rain it is advisable that you come prepared to pick through light showers, therefore waterproofs as well as sturdy boots, packed lunch, water, sunhat and suncream are essential.

Group email is used to communicate picking days. Notice can be quite short so regular access to your emails is necessary.

Due to the nature of the crop, we are unable to guarantee days or hours of work.

Duration:

Around 12 working days over a 3-week period, including weekends

Working Hours:

8:00am - 4:30pm (includes a 30-minute lunch and a 15-minute morning break)
